Can a Fence Be Made on Soil Ground?

Yes it can be done. However, it is more difficult to install on an earthen floor than on concrete. Installation on the ground floor is almost twice the installation time on concrete. For the mounting of the poles on the ground, pits are dug at intervals of 2.50 – 3.00 m and the pole is buried in this pit and the inside is filled with concrete. Therefore, this concrete used is reflected in the unit price as an additional cost. Be sure to specify the ground condition when making an offer.

How Can We Prevent Jumping Over the Fence?

In order to prevent jumping over the fence, it is necessary to apply some deterrent products such as razor wire and barbed wire on the fence. Razor wire is used quite frequently today. Razor wire comes in helical, planar and flat forms. The helical is crude in appearance but the most effective. Planar is relatively more aesthetic. If a fence is to be built around the residence, it is more appropriate to prefer planar razor wire.

Can it be applied on brick or stone wall?

The poles are attached to the concrete walls by means of steel dowels. In order to be able to apply on a brick or stone wall, there must be a concrete beam or coping with a thickness of 15 – 20 cm on the wall. Direct application is difficult and inconvenient. Even if it is done, the fences will move after a while.

Can Fences Be Made in Any Color?

Yes it can be done. However, the standard color (Ral 6005) is green, and there are price differences in other colors. These price differences vary depending on the color you choose. For example, white or gray colors are relatively cheaper. If the amount of work is large, this difference is not passed on to the customer. The price difference is higher in colors such as orange, yellow, etc. The reason for this is that paint raw material prices vary according to colors.

How to Determine the Height of the Fence?

In fences to be built for security purposes, the height of the fence must be at least 2.00 m from the ground. If the application will be made on the wall, the height of the wall should also be taken into account. For example, if your wall is 1.00 m, it would be appropriate to build a 1.00 m fence on it. There are some standard heights of fence height. These heights vary according to the products. It is not possible to make a fence in intermediate sizes. For this, ask for detailed information.

Is it possible to manufacture in special sizes?

For some projects, special production can be made in accordance with the specifications. The ability to make custom production depends on the amount of work. If the quantities are low (under 500 m²), it is difficult to make special production, and it is very expensive even if it is done. In cases where special production can be made, the dimensions, mesh spacing, wire thickness and color of the products can be changed optionally. Of course, these changes are not unlimited. How Long Can Fence Installation Take?

Installation time is around 100 m per day with an average of 1 crew, depending on the amount of work and ground condition. This amount decreases to 50 m² on earthen ground, and it is around 150 – 200 m2 on flat concrete floors. The production of fence materials also takes about 7 – 10 days, depending on the quantity. So assembly can start 10 days after your order. For example, if your fence job is 500 m², installation will take 4 – 5 days.

Do you provide service outside of Sakarya or Marmara Region?

Depending on the amount of work to be done, applications are made all over Turkey. After the material, the most important factor that determines the price of the work is labor and transportation. The distance of the work to be done to Sakarya is important. Installation personnel need a place to stay during installation. If you are unable to provide a place to stay for the team, this extra cost will be reflected in the unit price, since they will be accommodated at the hotel.

Can a Gate be Made Along with the Fence?

In almost all our fence works, we also meet the door demands from our customers. Gates, whether pedestrian gate or vehicle entrance gate, can be produced from the applied fence material. Thus, your doors will be compatible with your fences. In addition, doors are manufactured from many different materials. If desired, the doors can also be automated later. In particular, remote control motors are installed on vehicle entrance doors. Security locks with special readers can be installed on pedestrian doors. Although the door widths vary, 1.00 m for the pedestrian entrance door and 4.00 m for the vehicle entrance door are the most applied dimensions.
